2024 Administrators' Conference

Join us for the Annual Undergraduate Scholars Program Administrators Association Conference June 5-7! The 2024 conference is being hosted by Morehead-Cain in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Our annual conference is dedicated to fostering communication, collegiality, and cooperation among administrators and professionals engaged in scholarship and programmatic enrichment initiatives. Whether you're a seasoned veteran or new to the field, our sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities will equip you with invaluable insights, strategies, and resources to enhance your programs and students’ experiences.

Hotel Options

AC Marriott Chapel Hill Downtown

The AC Marriott is just one block off of Franklin Street and is an easy 10-minute walk to the Carolina Inn or to the Morehead-Cain Foundation.

Hampton Inn & Suites Chapel Hill-Carrboro/Downtown

The Hampton Inn is about one-mile down Franklin Street from the Morehead-Cain Foundation, about a 20-minute walk.

$282.62/night; $565.24 total for two nights; $847.86 for three nights

You may book online at this link or by calling the hotel at (800) 617-0131 and using the reference group code USPA. If you would like to add a room for Tuesday night or Friday night, you will need to call the hotel in order to get the conference rate. In order to reserve the hotel at the discounted rate, you must book by May 3, 2024.

Transportation

The nearest major airport is the Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Attendees are responsible for travel costs to Chapel Hill/Raleigh, as well as to and from the airport.

Meals

Attendees will be responsible for any meals before Wednesday lunch, dinner Thursday evening, and any meals while traveling to and from the conference.

USPAA's Jamie Williams Award celebrates the overwhelming success of our members and the continued growth of the merit scholars profession.
