Gallup CliftonStrengths Workshop

Participants will:

• Gain an understanding of their top 5 strengths, as defined by their individual CliftonStrengths Assessment reports
• Explore how these strengths make them unique and how to leverage their strengths to reach their goals
• Understand what blindspots may interfere with their success

More than 30 million people have completed the Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment to understand themselves and what strengths they bring to their professional and personal lives. This session will provide an overview of how to interpret your results, insight into what motivates others, and how to focus on your strengths instead of your weaknesses to reach your goals. The workshop is hands-on and will include a combination of presentations, activities, and reflection. 

To get the most out of the session, participants should complete the CliftonStrengths Assessment before the session.

About CliftonStrengths: The CliftonStrengths Assessment takes less than an hour to complete. After completion, you will receive a customized report.
